The Watches Your Favorite Male Celebrities Are Wearing

If you’ve ever tried to dress in your very best only to meet your girlfriend’s disapproving stare, you know that the two sexes have very different definitions of “dressed up.” There shouldn’t be much argument, though, if you select one of these watches, spotted on the wrists of some of the best known men in the world.

vDaniel Craig

The newest and blondest James Bond usually appears as Agent 007 wearing some variety of the Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean. Another fan of the Omega Seamaster is Prince William of Wales, who reportedly received his watch as a gift from his mother, Princess Diana. The only drawback to this stylish piece is the cost – about $2590.

Rafael Nadal

A champion tennis player can’t afford to have his arm weighed down by bling, so Rafa collaborated in the design of the Richard Mile RM027 Tourbillon. This ultra-light watch, made to be worn during even the most fiercely contested matches, is made from titanium and lithium and carries a staggering price tag of $525,000.

Barack Obama

The 44th President of the United States usually sports a Jorg Gray 6500 Chronograph, a birthday present from his secret service. It’s customized with a secret service logo in the dial. Without this logo, the watch costs anywhere from $300 to $575.

Brad Pitt

This talented, suave actor favors two watches. He’s an ambassador for TAG Heuer, a $3000 wrist watch featuring a blue dial and a black strap. He’s also frequently seen wearing watches from Red Monkey, which offers custom-made leather goods for prices starting at $200. It just shows that whether you drive a Jeep or a limo, it pays to be on the lookout for good deals.

Elvis Presley

The king may have left the building in 1977, but his impersonators linger on. If getting that authentic Elvis look is important to you, you won’t settle for anything less than Presley’s favorite watch, the Hamilton Ventura. This was the first battery-powered watch on the market. Presley had his customized by exchanging the original leather strap for a metal bracelet. These watches are still for sale today, commanding a price of about $900.

Jerry Seinfeld

The comic, best known for his long-running television show and his keen observational stand-up shows, wears a Breitling. It features a black strap with an 18K yellow gold buckle and measurement tools like a tachymeter and telemeter. The price is around $4000. Superman himself would turn green with envy.

Kevin Spacey

This award-winning actor, director, and producer has been spotted in several of his movies wearing and IWC Big Ingenieur Chronograph. It features an 18K rose gold case, a black dial and a black alligator leather strap. If you want to wear one of these, though, you should probably start saving your money. Prices run from $18,000 to $24,000.
